Part two is half finished, actually it was half finished a couple weeks after posting this. Will work on getting it done. Keep bugging me and that will help (since my brother gave up on bugging me about finishing it a few months after our trip).

Please tell me you guys made it? I’m waiting for part 2. I have done Nevada Falls and Vernal Falls my first real long distance hiking trip in Yosemite and I live 4 hours away.
Yes, we made it. Had to stop a little before the stairs and hide some water in the bushes (for weight). Took a break and ate an apple and then I was good to go (I wanted to quit at first). My knees have trouble going down inclines, so I thought the return trip was going to kill me – it didn’t. When we reached the stairs, a women was sliding down on her butt scared to death, that was not good for me to see. I am not that great with heights and couldn’t believe they didn’t have hand rails , but everything worked out fine. Actually, the last part of half-dome, going up and down the side, was the easiest.
Will finish up part two end of next week. Promise!
